You have 7 days to replacement an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a replacement, (Your item have a size issue or defective from our size if any defect) your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
You should contact our customer support for replacement, when your replacement is approved, we will send a rider with another for replacement, The rider will collect previous parcel and drop the article you want to replace.
